Uğur Arı — sworn translator, Kartal 12th Notary Office · Updated August 21, 2026
Turkish documents translated into English with a translator's signed declaration of accuracy — the standard required by USCIS, U.S. federal courts, universities, and credential evaluation agencies. Delivered as a certified PDF by email within 24 hours.
What USCIS requires
Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), any foreign-language document submitted to USCIS must be accompanied by a complete English translation that the translator certifies as accurate, together with a statement of the translator's competence in both languages.
No notarization or apostille is required by USCIS — only the translator's signed declaration. This is exactly what we provide.

Why a Turkish sworn translator
Turkish civil documents contain abbreviations, field names, and registry formats that only a translator who works daily with these documents can handle correctly. Fields like TC kimlik no, nüfus cüzdanı seri no, mahalle/köy, cilt/aile sıra no, and Osmanlı-era place names are frequently mistranslated by general translators.
Uğur Arı is a sworn translator (yeminli mütercim) registered with the Kartal 12th Notary Office in Istanbul — the highest recognized credential for translation in Turkey. USCIS does not require a specific certification, only the translator's statement of competency, which every certified PDF includes.
