For a university application abroad you usually translate your diploma, transcript and graduation certificate into English; sometimes reference and motivation letters too. Most universities require a certified (sworn) translation; some require submission through an evaluator such as WES. The exact list is stated on the application page.

Your degree or high-school diploma, transcript and graduation certificate are the core. For graduate applications you may also need reference letters, a statement of purpose (SOP) and a CV. Language test results (IELTS/TOEFL) are sent to the institution directly and need no translation.
Sworn translation vs. credential evaluation
A sworn translation renders the document into another language; a credential evaluation (WES, ECE, ENIC-NARIC) determines how your grades map onto the target system. They are different — some universities require an evaluation service, others only a sworn translation.
Is an apostille required?
Some universities require an apostille on the diploma, others don't. The apostille is obtained in Turkey (kaymakamlık/valilik). Confirm the requirements with the university's admissions office.

The student package covers up to 10 documents for a study-abroad application. Prices are the same Turkish lira tariff as for clients in Türkiye; foreign-currency figures are approximate. Notarisation, apostille, courier and other extra steps are not included and are listed separately in your written quote. Foreign-currency figures are calculated from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye buying rate of 9 October 2026 (NZD: ECB cross rate) and rounded up to .99.
Does the transcript need a separate translation?
Yes. The diploma and transcript are separate documents; applications usually require an English translation of both.
Is a translation enough for WES?
WES usually requires the document to be sent directly by the institution plus its own evaluation. A translation is needed but may not be sufficient on its own; check WES requirements.

- The sworn translator reviews it. The document, its language pair, the purpose and the service you need — including whether notarisation, an apostille, a signed paper copy or international delivery is needed.
- You receive a written quote. Translation, any required certification, delivery and turnaround, before you pay.
- Your translation is prepared. No upfront payment is required for the translation.
- You see it first. Once your translation is completed, we share a watermarked preview showing a suitable part of the document. The preview does not expose unnecessary personal data and does not replace the signed and stamped official document.
- Then you pay. After your payment is confirmed, the final, watermark-free translation with the translator’s statement, signature and stamp is delivered in the agreed format.

We cannot guarantee that a foreign authority will accept a document; where its requirements are unclear, we tell you to confirm them with the receiving authority before you pay.
We accept credit and debit cards. After you accept the written quote, you can pay by card, by bank transfer to our IBAN, or by Western Union where delivery to a bank account is available from your location; cash is possible in person in Türkiye. Card payments are made through a secure payment link in US dollars (USD); card charges, if any, are stated in your quote.
