A Turkish diploma and transcript are translated into English by a sworn translator and, if needed, notarized. For study or recognition abroad, an apostille and sometimes a separate credential evaluation (for example WES) are required. A translation is not an equivalency; acceptance depends on the institution and must be confirmed in advance.
